How do we do it?

As a consultancy we take our responsibility to clients extremely seriously. Employing a design agency is a question of trust and belief and can seem like a leap into the unknown.

Each client is given a single point of contact, milestones are established at the earliest opportunity and timelines set down in an agreed project document.This document forms the legal agreement.

If there are capital investments involved often a portion of the project cost is invoiced upfront, on engagement. If the project is product based, it is not unusual to work on a royalty basis with a reduced fee.

The best work often results from collaboration:
designer and client in a creative partnership.
